Bill holding one of his Hydrogen Peroxide tanks.

Bill took the head off and put on a 10" piece of PVC, this will be the plug for the mold.
Bill said, "A few people said, it was going to take time to get it right and I thought they
where kidding but, they were right!" More to come.

The mold is now ready to pull a corset off.

Here are some pictures of Bill's finished carbon fiber corset. Bill used the
vacume bag process to elminate any air bubbles in the finished product.

Here are latest pictures Bill has sent me. The Corset looks incredible after PPG clear.  Bill did all of this with a router, drill press, and belt sander. The Corset parts are made out of aluminum. Then Bill sandblasted them for a texture, then he painted them with a PPG automotive gray. The tank holders have carbon fiber cover on them.

Bill has come a long way on his belt. These are the latest pictures of his stand he built for his rocket belt.
